Dutch based Dusk TV has launched in Belgium as part of the Adult offering of Proximus.
Belgian imcumbent Proximus said its TV customer base totaled 1,626,000, with +7,000 new subscriptions in the first quarter of 2019 (+ 2.8% year-on-year).
