New DTT allocation in Frankfurt area

Slovenia’s Golica TV launches HbbTV service

Sport1 to return to DTT in Germany

Swisscom picks Net Insight for DTT network upgrade

Net Insight, a Swedish provider of live, interactive and on-demand media transport solutions, has signed a deal with Swiss transmitter network operator Swisscom Broadcast to develop a nationwide DTT distribution network covering the whole of Switzerland and serving both radio and DVB-T/TV services.

ProSieben Maxx expands DTT distribution in Germany

Joint initiative for German DVB-T2 rollout

German public broadcasters ARD and ZDF, commercial broadcasters RTL and ProSiebenSat.1, the commercial broadcasters’ industry association VPRT and the media authorities have set up a joint initiative for the introduction of the new digital terrestrial TV distribution system DVB-T2/HEVC through which HD channels will be transmitted terrestrially in Germany for the first time.

münchen.tv to leave DTT

Munich-based local TV broadcaster münchen.tv will terminate its DTT distribution in Munich and southern Bavaria on May 31, 2015 at its own request, according to Bavarian media authority BLM.

Dutch to extend Digitenne DTT licence

KPN to phase out Digitenne DTT service?
