CSA sets terrestrial HD agenda

The French media authority CSA has set a new timetable for the deployment of digital terrestrial television in high definition. This decision was taken in agreement with TF1 HD, France 2 HD and M6 HD, which operate multiplex R5.

State Council suspends CSA EPG ruling

CanalSat has won a small victory in its battle with BFM-TV and NRJ12 with regards to the EPG position of the two channels. The French State Council (Conseil d’Etat) has suspended a decision of the media authority CSA.

France: 70.3% have digital
