Vodafone Deutschland plans to trial DOCSIS 4.0 from 2021

Vodafone Deutschland is preparing the introduction of the new cable standard DOCSIS 4.0 and intends to test the system in a trial next year, provided that the first hardware prototypes are available.

Vodafone completes analogue switch-off on German cable

Vodafone Deutschland has removed the last analogue TV and radio channels from its cable network in Stendal in Saxony-Anhalt, thus completing analogue switch-off in all 13 served federal states.

Unitymedia rolls out Gigabit internet to further cities

Research: Two-thirds of providers plan to invest more in DOCSIS 3.1
