Broadband TV News will be at IBC in Amsterdam throughout the show (September 8 – 13). Robert Briel, Julian Clover and Chris Dziadul will be covering the key conference sessions, press events, and of course walking the show floor.
The team is also participating in two events: On Saturday morning (September 10) Julian and Chris join a Telenor Satellite Broadcasting hosted panel Digital TV in Central and Eastern Europe. Other panelists include Magnus Ternsjo, CEO of UPC Direct, in the light of the DTH platform’s rebranding. Also taking part are Telenor’s Leiv Svenning and ADB’s Paul Bristow. On Sunday, Julian leads an AEPOC-Intellect event, being hosted by AEPOC member Eutelsat. The discussion will centre around how content protection plays a part in the emerging multiscreen environment.
