IBC 2011. Hall 1, Stand No. 1.A44. TechniSat is to highlight new products from its OEM range as well as referencing products from its existing customer base.
The company is bringing together products from the ISIO range of DVB/IP hybrid products, a DVB-T2 set-top box customized for Freeview HD in the UK, and an OEM set-top box for the Scandinavian market, approved by Boxer, and which is being supplied exclusively to Triax.
ISIO brings IP reception to TechniSat’s existing range of multi-tuner IPTVs. The MultyVision ISIO IDTVs feature eLED technology and offer features including DVR (Digital Video Recorder) and multimedia playback from external storage and networked PCs. The IP functionality provides UPnP/DLNA connectivity, HbbTV compatibility, and widget support.
TechniSat has also introduced IP connectivity into its set-top box range, allowing internet delivered content to sit side by side with cable and satellite connectivity.
