The Czech group PPF has made an offer to the minority shareholders in O2, the incumbent telco it acquired from Telefónica earlier this year.
The Czech investment group PPF is seeking a loan of CZK24.8 billion (€900 million) from O2, the country’s incumbent telco.
PPF Group is now attempting to become the sole owner of the Czech incumbent, in which it acquired a 65.9% stake in November 2013 for €2,467 million.
