T-Mobile Austria offers concessions in UPC takeover

The acquisition of Austrian cable operator UPC Austria by T-Mobile Austria, a subsidiary of German telco Deutsche Telekom, seems to have raised regulatory concerns at the European Commission.

UPC Cablecom stocks up Netflix competitor MyPrime

Liberty Global to hold 58.4% in Telenet
