The Russian media holding Digital Television has announced the launch of a new kids TV channel.
Known as KinoMult, it will officially make its debut on December 18 and offer viewers content from the state broadcaster VGTRK, Parovoz, Soyuzmultfilm and other animation studios.
Commenting on the new channel, Robert Gndolyan, the head of Digital Television, said: “Our media holding traditionally treats family values and family audiences with great care. And we are very glad that in 2024, which has been declared the Year of the Family, we can give our TV viewers the wonderful KinoMult channel. Starting from December 18, subscribers of the Wink video service will be able to enjoy such films dear to our hearts from childhood as “The Adventures of Pinocchio”, “The Adventures of Electronics”, “In Search of Captain Grant”, as well as hits of modern animation. I hope that thanks to our large media campaign to launch the channel and the work of the team of our distributor “Signal Media”, other operators will also add “KinoMult” to their list of services, so that more and more TV viewers start the year with good and positive emotions”.
