In this role, she will report to Stéphane Coruble, CEO of RTL AdAlliance.
RTL AdAlliance was formed through the combination of RTL AdConnect, G+J iMS and Smartclip’s sales and media businesses to create an international total media sales house for RTL Group and premium publishers.
Commenting on the appointment, Coruble said: “With the appointment of Iris Ostermaier as global CFO of RTL AdAlliance, we are taking the next step in further strengthening the top management team of our newly created company. Ostermaier has 20 years of management and leadership experience in the media industry, with a focus on finance and commercial processes. Her career began in a media agency in 1993, followed by controlling positions at Home Shopping Europe, 9live, sonnenklar. TV and ProSiebenSat1.
Between 2010 and 2019, she was part of the management team of the auction shopping channel 1-2-3.tv first as CFO, and from 2012 additionally as CEO.
At the beginning of 2019, she started as CFO of the production company Bavaria Film.
