Vodafone Portugal has chosen Media Distillery’s EPG Correction Distillery to improve the user experiences for subscribers to Vodafone TV services in the country.
Using AI, EPG Correction Distillery automatically carries out real-time analysis of broadcasts across multiple channels and makes adjustments to coincide with actual start-times of TV programmes as they are aired. As a result, users can be confident they are seeing accurate start-time information on their EPG.
Commenting on the development, Roland Sars, CEO of Media Distillery, said: “We’re delighted that Vodafone Portugal has chosen EPG Correction Distillery to deliver enhanced viewing experiences to its customers”.
EPG Correction Distillery will be demonstrated on the Media Distillery stand Hall 5.H42 at IBC 2022.
