Fiberwarehouse and NBG agree on partnership

May 28, 2019 10.54 Europe/London By Broadband TV News Correspondent

Fiberwarehouse, a German supplier of products for fibre-optic network rollouts (FTTH/FTTC), and Austrian fibre-optic cable manufacturer NBG have formed a strategic partnership.

With their move, the companies are responding to the increasing demand for the fast assembly and delivery of high-quality fibre-optic components tailored to individual customer requirements, according to a joint statement.

As a strategic partner of SterliteTech, NBG brings the fire-optic cables and the components produced in its own plants into the partnership while Fiberwarehouse procures, bundles, stores and delivers the additional material directly to the construction sites from its logistics centre.

“Municipal utilities, city carriers and other network operators of any size need a quick and reliable supply of coordinated components from different manufacturers for their fibre-optic deployments in order to drive the projects forward,” said Jürgen Kremling, managing director of Fiberwarehouse. “The cooperation with NBG enables us to offer our partners a complete package from a single source at competitive prices.”

NBG’s managing director Walter Bogg added: “In the partnership with Fiberwarehouse, we are bundling our strengths and experience in the Austrian and German markets and completing our product and service portfolio. With our tailor-made solutions for the full-range supply of deployment projects, we are excellently positioned to participate in the growth of the fibre-optic market.
