Elisa makes Russian channel changes

August 2, 2018 07.53 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

Estonia’s Elisa will no longer offer a number of Russian channels in its main TV packages and the thematic package Russia from September 1.

In a statement, it says this is due to the demand of the channels’ representative.

Viewers wishing to watch the channels – Carousel, Music First, Time; distant and close, Telecafe, Beaver, Cinema House Premium HD, NTV Serial, NTV Style, NTV Law and O! – will instead have to order them as part of a new offer named The First Baltic Package.

It will initially cost €3.49 a month but in the future be increased to €6.99 a month.
