Ceske Radiokomunikace (CRa) has completed the deployment of its national DVB-T2 transmitter network.
The construction of the network took half a year and now 99.6% of viewers can watch programmes from the Czech public broadcaster Ceska Televize (CT) in the highest HD quality.
The last transmitters were activated in the Zlin region in the south east of the country.
In total, there are 26 and they are being used to distribute channels on CT’s DVB-T2 transition multiplex PS11.
As previously reported by Broadband TV News, the multiplex was launched on March 29 this year.
