The Russian mobile operator MegaFon has introduced a new management structure, appointing Gevork Vermishyan to the position of executive director.
Kommersant reports that Vermishyan, until now the acting CFO, will be responsible for operational activities and the execution of the company’s strategy.
Meanwhile, MegaFon CEO Sergey Soldatenkov will focus on interaction with shareholders, authorities and power structures and organisational development of the company.
As previously reported by Broadband TV News, MegaFon has a presence in Russia’s TV industry through its OTT service MegaFon TV, which ended last year with 1.6 million registered users.
