Munich-based investment company Arcus Capital along with BE Beteiligungen Fonds has taken over German teleshopping channel 1-2-3.tv from financial investors Wellington Partners, Target Partners and Cipio Partners.
Further shares in the channel’s new operating company will be held be former stakeholders Iris Capital, co-founder Henning Schnepper and 1-2-3.tv’s managing director Iris Ostermaier.
The financial details of the transaction which still needs approval from the competition authorities have not been disclosed.
1-2-3.tv was founded in 2004 as Germany’s first auction channel, reached profitability in 2009 and reported a turnover of around €108 million in 2015.
