Streaming service Viaplay has come out top in a survey conducted by Svenskt Kvalitetsindex (SKI).
It shows Viaplay to be the streaming service in Sweden with the most satisfied customers.
Asked how satisfied they were with the service, and to choose between Viaplay, Netflix and HBO, Viaplay achieved a score of 76.7 out of 100.
Jonas Karlén, CEO at Viaplay, said: “As a local, Nordic player it is especially inspiring to outperform US giants. We have invested in a very strong content line-up as well as in smart functionality like our offline function which enables customers to download their favorite content to bring with them wherever they are. We’ve also increased availability by adding Viaplay to Apple TV and Google Chromecast. We will continue to invest in content and functions that our customers appreciate, and work hard in order to keep our customers’ satisfaction in all our markets.”
Since the survey began in 2013 Viaplay has improved over 10 points from 64 to 76.7, with an increase every year.
