RF specialist ANADIGICS is to display its portfolio of high-performance DOCSIS 3.1 CATV RF infrastructure line amplifiers and reverse path amplifiers, small-cell power amplifiers, and Wi-Fi infrastructure power amplifiers at ANGA COM in Cologne.
The Company’s DOCSIS 3.1 product family, which includes power doubler and push-pull line amplifiers, reverse path amplifiers, and optical receivers, is optimised to support high signal fidelity over extended frequencies up to 1.2 GHz with a “high-split” return path.
These RF amplifiers leverage ANADIGICS’ proven high linearity GaAs process and high-reliability package technology for exceptionally long mean-time-to-failure rates along with GaN HEMT technology for high output power and optimum power efficiency.
The Company’s WiFi power amplifiers for infrastructure applications deliver exceptional linear power gain and EVM with outstanding power efficiency to ensure excellent thermal operation. These solutions also feature an internal digital PA enable interface that eliminates the need for an external buffer amplifier, as well as an integrated detector that facilitates accurate power control over varying load conditions (3:1 VSWR).
