The Czech regional DTT multiplex 7, which is operated by Progress Digital, will further extend its coverage this month.
Parabola reports that it this will bee through the addition of six new transmitters to its network, thereby allowing the multiplex to reach more than the current 82% of the population.
Multiplex 7 (RS7/MPX1a) offers viewers CT1 HD, CT2 HD, CT Sport HD, CT:D and CT art, all of which are produced by the public broadcaster CT, along with Retro Music Television.
A further channel – Kino Svet – will be added to the line-up on September 29.
Progress Digital is majority owned by the entrepreneur Radim Parizek.
