Chello DMC has appointed Matthijs Zwart as linear operations director in Amsterdam with immediate effect.
In his new role, Zwart will be responsible for the execution of daily operations of all linear services (i.e. Content Management, Media Operations, Post Production, Scheduling and Playout).
Zwart previously worked as director of product management and innovation television, telephony and internet for Dutch telecommunications company, KPN and was responsible for overseeing the entire operations in this area.
Chello DMC, a third party media logistics partner for international broadcasting, playout and content delivery, has undergone a re-structure of the business earlier this year which resulted in a more streamlined management of the operations side encompassing all linear operational departments under one umbrella.
