The Polish cable operator Vectra plans to step up the rollout of its VOD service over the next few months.
Quoted by Wirtualne Media, its spokesperson Monika Zelazko said that the service should be available in over 20 cities by the end of the year.
Vectra, which is Poland’s third largest cableco after UPC Polska and Multimedia Polska, launched its VOD service in mid-August this year.
It was initially available in Elblag but has since also been introduced in Olsztyn, Kielce, Radom and Wroclaw.
The service will be launched in Warsaw, Poland’s most competitive market, at the beginning of October.
