The Polish DTH platform Cyfrowy Polsat ended 2012 with 3,566,144 subscribers, or 0.4% more than a year earlier.
Its churn rate fell by 1.2 percentage points to 8.6% over the same period, while ARPU rose by 5.4% to PLN39.3 (€9.5).
Cyfrowy Polsat’s revenues rose by 17% to PLN2,783 million and its net profit by over 100% to PLN598 million in 2012. EBITDA amounted to PLN1,032 million (+40%).
Cyfrowy Polsat is the market leader in Poland’s DTH market, ahead of Cyfra+ and n, which will officially merge to become nC+ on March 21.
