KIT Digital has appointed Peter Heiland as the company’s interim chief executive officer.
Heiland is the managing director of JEC Capital Partners the technology investment house that was responsible for putting pressure on Miranda Technologies prior to its sale to Belden.
Through various entities Heiland owns around 8% of KIT Digital. He was appointed as a director on August 13.
KIT Digital is best known for its video management technology and counts Disney, Vodafone and Channel 4 among its customers.
Founder Kaleil Isaza Tuzman stepped aside as CEO in March, to be replaced by Barak Bar-Cohen, himself as an interim CEO.
Subsequently four directors have stood down and new appointments made.
