The Russian cable operator ER Telecom has launched its digital TV service Dom.ru in Chelyabinsk.
According to the company, it is being distributed by FTTH, which covers 95% of households in the city, and consists of a basic package of 100 channels and five thematic packages, one of which includes 10 HD channels.
ER Telecom claims 8.3% and 8.5% shares of the Russian cable TV and broadband internet markets respectively.
