Two channels from Chellomedia’s Chello Multicanal have been added to the Digital+ programming package in Spain.
Decasa is the first Spanish channel covering DIY, interior design, gardening, leisure and well-being. Chello is also adding the localised version of Bio (The Biography Channel), run with AETN.
Eduardo Zulueta, managing director, Chello Multicanal said the inclusion of Decasa and Bio broadened the distribution network of both channels. “We are delighted by the confidence shown once again by Spain’s largest pay TV platform in our company. With this new distribution agreement Chello Multicanal is now the largest independent supplier of thematic channels to Digital+,” he said.
In addition to Decasa and Bio, Chello Multicanal’s Canal Hollywood, Odisea, Canal Cocina and Canal de Historia are also included in the Digital+ package.
