The Croatian public broadcaster Hrvatska Radio Televizija (HRT) expects to make HRK1.57 billion (€215 million) in income and HRK20 million in profit this year.
According to the business plan for 2009, HRT expects to make more money from both advertising and receiver licence fees, with a 6% increase in revenue.
However, an estimated 200,000-300,000 households still do not pay receiver licence fees.
HRT’s total marketing income should increase by 8.3% to HRK480 million.
It is aiming for a total income of HRK1.67 billion and an EBIT of HRK35 million in 2009.
