ANGA Cable, the trade fair for cable, broadband and satellite, has unveiled a brand new look. At the same time, registration is now open for exhibitors on the redesigned website www.angacable.com. ANGA Cable 2009 will take place from May 26- 28, 2009, again in Cologne.
This year, there were a total of 369 exhibitors from 29 countries on more than 22,000 square metres of exhibition space (gross). For the first time, over 12,000 trade visitors (previous year: 10,000) travelled to Cologne. With 46% of international visitors, ANGA Cable has proved its role as the most
important market place for the cable industry in Europe.
Dr Peter Charissé, MD of ANGA Cable, said in a statement: “In 2008, the number of trade visitors has once again risen by 20%. The continuous success of triple play will strengthen the next year’s event. With HDTV, IPTV, VOD and next generation networks, ANGA Cable addresses the topics which will rule the broadband competition in the next years.“
