The Czech IPTV platform Netbox has received permission from the country’s Radio and TV Council (RRTV) to add eight channels to its programme line-up.
The channels in question are the Czech services Z1 and Sport 5, along with the foreign The Fishing and Hunting Channel, Doku Klub, Motors TV, The History Channel, The History Channel UK-HD and Bebe TV.
Netbox, which is operated by Smart Comp, has also secured the right to extend its coverage to the cities of Zlín, Prstné, Príluky u Zlína and Holesov.
Netbox is already present in (amongst others) Prague and Brno and claims to provide services to over 100,000 households and businesses.
