Norwegian ISP RingNett has taken up middleware from local developer Dreampark becoming the Swedish company’s seventh Scandinavian customer.
Already Canal Digital, Dansk Bredbånd, FastTV, iVisjon, Smile Content and Viasat are on Dreampark’s growing list of customers.
Ringnett is deploying Dreamgallery 3.4, a so-called next generation middleware, incorporating live MMS to the TV, scheduling of PVR recordings via mobile phones or a Web user interface, pre-paid VOD and RSS feeds support. The PVR carries advanced features including Startover, Historic EPG and Timeshifted TV.
