Data produced by TNS OBOP shows that the Polish national commercial broadcaster Polsat secured PLN121,862,386 (€37,791,356) in ad revenue last month, or 23.5% more than in July 2007.
TVN meanwhile made PLN109,946,577, or 7.9% more, while the public broadcaster’s two main channels TVP1 and TVP2 recorded falls of 31.0% and 30.6% respectively.
Viva Polska, the most lucrative thematic channel, was in fifth place, its revenues of PLN14,939,125 being 54.3% up on a year earlier.
