The Hungarian MSO T-Kábel has acquired a small cable operator named Dél-Vonal for around HUF500 million (€2.17 million).
T-Kábel, which is owned by the incumbent telco Magyar Telekom, is the second largest provider of cable services in Hungary after UPC.
Dél-Vonal, on the other hand, only has 3,800 cable TV and 500 broadband internet subscribers.
