The French media authority CSA says it has awarded three more DTT licences for local broadcasters.
The licence in the area of Caen has gone to Cap Caen, a consortium of Groupe Hersant Média and Demain. Perpignan will meanwhile receive programming from Télévision Pyrénées Orientales, a project of l’Indépendant du Midi (Groupe du Midi libre), and Reims-Mézières will have Cap Champagne-Ardenne, a venture of Groupe Hersant Média.
