The incumbent Lithuanian telco TEO LT ended Q2 with 28,000 IPTV and 277,700 broadband internet subscribers.
Its DTT service, which was launched in March this year, was meanwhile already received in 6,600 homes after the first three months of operation.
Despite the growing importance of TV services in the telco’s operations portfolio, they still only accounted for 1.7% of its total revenues in the second quarter.
However, the TeliaSonera-backed company expects both its IPTV and DTT services to continue to fulfil sales targets in the second half of this year.
