Subscribers to the Multipakiet tp triple play service offered by the Polish incumbent telco TPSA have received a welcome surprise.
According to the country’s Office of Electronic Communications (UKE), those who have until now not accessed the internet access service that comes as part of the package, and for which they are charged one overall fee, are entitled to compensation.
TPSA has responded by saying it will offer a free TV subscription for three months to customers affected by the decision. TPSA’s IPTV service had 49,000 subscribers as of the end of Q1 this year.
