French private broadcasters TF1, M6 and Canal+ today announced that they have formed the association of private broadcasters, ACP. The first chairman of the association will be Bertrand Meheut, the president of the Canal+ Group.
The Association des Chaines Prives has as its objective “to defend the rights and interests of the private terrestrial channels with national coverage.”
