Belgacom TV has said it reached 139,665 connected homes at the end of 2006. “We beat our own projections of 100,000 homes by year’s end,” declared CEO Didier Bellens.
Monthly ARPU for Belgacom TV subscribers is €12. ARPU rose from €11.9 in Q1 2006 to €12.6 at the end of 2006, mainly resulting from increased video-on-demand usage. At the end of 2006 potential coverage of the Belgacom’s IPTV service was 79.5% of the population.
