Staff at VodafoneZiggo will receive a salary increase of at least 8.5% following an agreement between the Dutch platform and trade union De Unie.
The new two-year collective labout agreement runs from January 1, 2024 to January 1, 2026
and was agreed under the DigiC model that allowed all employees to have a say – regardless of whether they were union members – and vote on the final result.
54% voted in favour of the agreement; turnout was 77%.
“With this new collective labor agreement we ensure that our employment conditions remain very competitive in the market,” said HR director Thomas Mulder. “Thanks to the DigiC model, these agreements are supported within our organization and they do justice to the wide range of wishes. I thank all colleagues for their confidence in VodafoneZiggo as an employer.”
The collective salary increase will vary from 8.5% to 10.75%.
