Boguslaw Kisielewski, CEO of the Kino Polska Group, has resigned from his position and the management boards of Kino Polska TV and Stopklatka for personal reasons.
In a statement, Kino Polska Group said it would “like to thank Mr. Boguslaw Kisielewski for his invaluable contribution and commitment to the development of the company during almost 20 years of cooperation. During this period, Boguslaw Kisielewski played a key role in shaping the Group, ensuring the growth of various business areas, thus strengthening the position of the Kino Polska Group on the Polish television market”.
It added that Kisielewski will continue to cooperate with the group as a special advisor for corporate projects.
Kino Polska is majority owned by SPI International, itself owned by Canal+.
