Orange ended the first quarter with 943,000 IPTV and DTH subscribers in Poland.
This, according to the company’s latest results, was down from 978,000 in the same period last year.
Meanwhile, its other CEE operations, consisting of Romania, Slovakia and Moldova and grouped together under Central Europe, saw their IPTV and DTH subscriber total fall from 1,802,000 to 1,637,000 over the same period.
These losses contrasted with those in some other parts of Europe, with strong growth being seen in Spain (from 695,000 to 1,206,000).
However, in Orange’s home market France the total fell from 7,934,000 to 7,907,000, though it was up from the Q4 2022 total of 7,890,000.
