Digi Hungary, which is wholly owned by 4iG’s Antenna Hungária, plans to sell some of its assets in the near future.
According to BBJ, quoting the news agency MTI, these assets will be part of its mobile network infrastructure and radio frequencies allocated for mobile services.
It adds that given the specific nature of the transaction, an announcement on the upcoming sale has been made before a board decision or the signing of a contract.
Broadband TV News notes that 4iG, which is the leading info communications group in Hungary, acquired 100% of Hungary’s Digi from Digi Communications in a deal worth €625 million.
The transaction was finalised early last year.
