Klára Brachtlová, chief external affairs of the media group CME, has been appointed president and a member of the board at the Association of Commercial Television (AKTV).
She replaces Jan Vlcek and officially took on the role on March 30.
Brachtlová represents Nova TV on the board of AKTV, which was formed six years ago.
