The Iranian capital Tehran has hosted the fourth meeting of the Russian Iranian committee for Cooperation in the Media Sphere.
According to Gazprom-Media, whose representatives were part of the Russian delegation, the parties discussed the development of interaction between the Russian Federation and the Islamic Republic in the media sphere, the joint creation of TV films and series and the organisation of courses to improve the professional training of journalists.
During the meeting, am MoU was signed between the Russian Ministry of Digital Development and the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Iran regarding cooperation in the field of mass communications. The adopted document will become the basis for common media projects between the media of the two countries in the future.
Representatives of Gazprom-Media Holding held talks with the Iranian Farabi Film Foundation and discussed comprehensive cooperation in the production and distribution of audiovisual content.
