German sports broadcaster Sport1 has launched its own app for smart TVs.
The free service sport1TV offers live-streams and on-demand content of various sports, including the German Bundesliga, World Darts Championship and motor sports. Sport1 programmes such as Doppelpass and Die PS Profis are also available.
The TV app is initially available on Android TV, Apple tvOS and Amazon Fire TV as well as on the web at www.sport1.tv, other smart TV manufacturers such as Samsung and LG will follow soon.
