German production and distribution company Splendid Film is launching its first FAST Channel on Amazon’s free streaming service Freevee.
Under the title ‘The Finest Art of Asian Movies’, the AMASIA channel shows Asian films, including classics from Jackie Chan to Godzilla.
“The importance of ad-supported FAST services will continue to grow. We are looking forward to this development and are pleased to contribute to the success of Freevee with our AMASIA channel and films from our library and to participate in the upward trend in the advertising-financed entertainment sector,” said Dr Dirk Schweitzer, Managing Director of Splendid Film.
