Magyar Telekom ended the third quarter with 1,360,145 TV subscribers in its home market Hungary.
This, according to the company in its latest results, was 5.6% more than in the same period last year.
Meanwhile, TV ARPU rose by 2.5% to HUF3,449 (€8.55). In North Macedonia, the number of TV customers increased by 1.87% to 147,635.
TV revenues were up 9.7% year-on-year to HUF 15.6 billion in Q3 2022, thanks to further expansion of the IPTV subscriber base in both countries coupled with the positive impact of the targeted price increase measures in Hungary.
Total revenues in Q3 amounted to HUF190,915 million, up 9% on a year earlier.
EBITDA was HUF65,196 million (-1.98%), impacting net profit, which fell by 4.5% to HUF17,062 million.
