Antoine Drevon joins Orange Romania

October 27, 2022 10.37 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

Antoine Drevon has been appointed the CMO of Orange Romania, effective November 1.

He takes over the responsibilities of Pierre-Etienne Cizeron, who will move on to other professional challenges.

Drevon has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, in distribution and marketing for fixed and mobile internet services, in markets as diverse as France, Senegal or Jordan. He has solid commercial expertise, both at strategic and operational levels, and has proven skills in international team management.

His career within the Orange Group began in 2002, as part of the Orange Graduate Programme. The first important roles in the company were voice department manager at Orange France Home and Mobile CBM marketing manager at Orange France Mobile. The most recent positions held during his career at the group were in Jordan, as marketing director, and in the Orange office in Morocco, serving 17 countries of the Orange Group, responsible for business development, operational framework and transversal performance in Orange Middle East and Africa (OMEA).

In his new role, Drevon will coordinate the marketing strategy for the B2C segment of Orange Romania, brand and communication, with an emphasis on fixed-mobile convergence, improving the digital experience of customers and creating synergies between telecommunications and mobile financial services.

He will report to Liudmila Climoc, CEO of Orange Romania, and be part of the company’s executive team.
