Media solution provider Mediagenix has announced the acquisition of BeBanjo.
Known for its Movida product suite, BeBanjo streamlines the editorial and operational aspects of video distribution services. The combination brings together scheduling & programming solution with cloud native VOD scheduling & planning.
BeBanjo CEO François Chabat said Mediagenix would be able to provide BeBanjo with expertise and resources, particularly in terms of global reach. Mediagenix also brings its outstanding experience and deep integration in complex media workflows. He added that he thought the two companies would be a good cultural fit.
