WildEarth partners with ZEASN

WildEarth’s Free Advertising Supported Television (FAST) channel WildEarth TV has secured carriage on the ZEASN platform across Europe and South America.

It will be made available on certain models from Philips, AOC and Whale OS powered connected TVs.

Whale OS is ZEASN’s operating system with independent intellectual property rights that supports various popular smart home devices.

Commenting on the development, Graham Wallington, CEO and co-funder of WildEarth, said:“We are incredibly proud to be teaming up with ZEASN to share our wildlife with the world. Never have we all needed nature more than now, and WildEarth is a great way to stay connected to and immerse yourself in wildlife every day no matter where you are”.

Thomas Li, ZEASN regional director for Europe & LatAm, added: “I wish to express our warmest welcome to WildEarth as our new partner, they are bringing tremendous value and incredible content to lots of nature lovers through the WhaleLive platform” said . “We are committed to providing an exciting and compelling viewer experience, this is a significant addition to our content catalogue. I believe that our vast footprint and the remarkable user experience of WhaleLive will enhance WildEarth’s global audience”.

WildEarth operates as both a pay-TV channel on platforms such as DSTV throughout Africa, Elisa in Finland and KPN in the Netherlands, as well being available on a rapidly expanding portfolio of FAST channels including Rakuten, Xumo, Sling TV, Samsung TV Plus and Select TV. It is also available on the iOS, Android and Roku platforms.

Meanwhile, ZEASN is a leading provider of smart home solutions and services. More than 50 million global households (with more than 150 million users) are currently using smart TVs, set-top boxes, smart speakers, and other smart home entertainment devices powered by Whale cloud services.
