Premier Sports, which holds the rights to the Scottish Cup, United Rugby Championship and LaLigaTV, has signed a new distribution agreement with Amazon Prime.
It means Premier Sports 1, Premier Sports 2, LaLigaTV, BoxNation and FreeSports will now be available to Amazon Prime Members for an additional £14.99 per month.
Richard Sweeney, CEO, Premier Sports, said: “We are delighted to be able to launch on Amazon to increase the visibility of our channels with a huge amount of live content from around the globe. Our channels have built up a loyal following of football, rugby union, rugby league, motorsport, ice hockey and boxing fans amongst others since we launched and we’re thrilled we can offer this and much more to Amazon customers.”
Also on the schedule in 2022 are games from the Betfred Rugby League Championship, cricket, NHL, Ice Hockey, TOP14 rugby and cup football competitions from Spain, Italy and Germany.
