Video distribution software company has appointed Guillaume Devezeaux as its new CEO as part of a management reshuffle.
Devezeaux replaces Victor Badin, who has been put in charge of the company’s finances.
“After an excellent performance in terms of business results over the last three years, the Board of Alpha Networks has decided to designate Guillaume Devezeaux as the CEO to bring the company to the next level with an ambitious 3-year strategic plan,” said Badin. “We are excited for Guillaume to forge ahead with this plan and we trust that his vision and his long-standing career within the company will help him reach the objectives and increase revenues and visibility in the market”.
A 20-year veteran, Guillaume brings experience in product strategy, sales development and business management.
“I am deeply honored to be appointed as CEO and I am committed to embrace this new challenge with the support from our executive committee, the management and our Board. I am thrilled to lead the company through its next phase of growth,” he said.
Devezeaux joined Alpha Networks at its inception in 2008 as Head of Product Development. He has held a variety of positions over the past 13 years and since December 2016 has been the company’s Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for Sales, Marketing & Product activities.
